About Us

We are an LGBTQ+, sex-worker led grassroots collective that advocates on behalf of people working in the sex trade in Wisconsin.

We seek to reshape public discourse and policy to more effectively address the needs and safety of commercial sex workers, trafficking survivors, and communities harmed and stigmatized by the criminalization of sexual labor.

“Part of being a revolutionary is creating a vision that is more humane. That is more fun too. That is more loving. It’s really working to create something beautiful.”

- Assata Shakur

 Our Vision

We envision a world that recognizes and respects the human rights of people in the sex trade, including the right to safely live and work without experiencing criminalization, exploitation, discrimination, and stigma. We envision a society where community needs are met through meaningful public investments and equitable resource redistribution. We envision a government that invests in people, not police.

People in the sex trade need and deserve human rights.

Our Core Beliefs

  • Adults should not face criminal repercussions for engaging in consensual commercial sex activities, especially because criminalization results in more harm for all people working in the sex trade.

  • Survivors of sexual violence deserve laws that support their health, healing, and wellbeing, including evidence-based policies that effectively combat and prevent coercion within the sex trade.

  • No society can police its way to safety. An intentionally intersectional, harm-reduction framework and meaningful investment in local communities are required to dismantle the structural causes of poverty and exploitation.

Our Goals

Our goal is to improve the safety and wellbeing of commercial sex workers, trafficking survivors, and communities harmed and stigmatized by the criminalization of sexual labor in Wisconsin. We seek to achieve the following for all people working in the sex trade:
